Conversion of a portion of the existing 7800 Susquehanna warehouse into the new home of the University of Pittsburgh's Manufacturing Assistance Center, the university's precision manufacturing training facility, including home for specialty machinery as well as learning classrooms and lecture spaces.

Situated on 388 acres in Richland Township, the Eden Hall Campus is the home of Chatham University's new Falk School of Sustainability and the Environment. This new campus is the first academic community in the world built from the ground up for sustainable development, living, and learning, and its unique design sets a precedent for the future of sustainable academic design. The Eden Hall Campus as a whole is targeting LEED Platinum certification as well as net-zero energy consumption.

The Gatehouse or the Howe-Childs Mansion is steeped in history and is one of the oldest structures in the City of Pittsburgh. Sota Construction Services was chosen early in the design process for the re-use of this 6,000 square foot historic structure that had been open to the weather for many years and had suffered extreme damage.

This 160,000 square foot, 19.5 M, substantial renovation project was a collaborative effort from the start, with the areas of work including the high school, convent, chapel, nursing care, and courtyards. Sota Construction was chosen as the general contractor early in the design process, with the Sisters included in every step of the decision-making process.
