| The project is LEED registered under Core and Shell pilot. Energy-efficiency was very important and steps were taken to ensure minimal energy use with filtered fresh air being delivered to each of the residences through an energy recovery ventilation system. Sota Construction was hired early on in the construction process and played a key part in the decision making process with the design/development team to create this highly successful project. |
