Bethlehem Haven Collaborative

The scope of work on this project included the renovation of a heavy timber retail and warehouse facility into administrative offices that offer shelter, support, and life enrichment training for the area's homeless population. Included in the finished product is a functioning coffee shop that provides both vocational training experience and work opportunity for local homeless residents who aspire to improve their employment status.

Substantial renovations were required on this project, including extensive interior excavation and foundation underpinning. New mechanical systems and electrical systems were installed, along with an elevator.
 
The building's exterior masonry was restored, and new windows and a storefront were installed.
