Reserve Lodging Facility
This project included entirely demolishing and removing two buildings to construct 38 guest rooms in three stories. The building is expected to achieve LEED Gold status. The project utilized a rigorous quality assurance/quality control protocol closely monitored by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
The scope of work included: concrete slab-on-grade; brick veneer on insulated concrete form thermal envelope; exterior insulation and finish system; standing seam metal roof; light gage roof trusses; steel joists with metal deck and concrete floors; gypsum and other interior finishes; blast resistant.
Green features include: super efficient, acoustically enhanced insulating glass window units with laminated glass; eco-disc elevator; high efficiency 4 pipe HVAC system; and energy efficient lighting package.
